Unitek Learning is seeking an Assistant Dean to support the Dean in nursing program oversight within our Workforce Solutions site. You will supervise nursing program activities, collaborate with HR, and ensure compliance with boards and accrediting bodies.

The role includes maintaining teaching loads, coordinating clinical experiences, and supporting admissions and student success initiatives on-site in Nebraska. Strong leadership and nursing education credentials are essential.

Qualificações

• Master’s in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience in nursing programs within past 5 years.
• Four years of RN experience providing direct patient care or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing program activities, including curriculum, faculty, and student outcomes, ensuring compliance with boards and accrediting bodies.
• Coordinate clinical site approvals, rotations, and assessments; manage data for reports, surveys, and site visits.
• Lead faculty and student advising, and ensure timely course and clinical evaluations and documentation.
