Unitek Learning, a leading healthcare education organization, seeks an Assistant Dean for its Workforce Development site. The role oversees nursing program supervision, curriculum implementation, and compliance with accrediting requirements.

The position focuses on planning, data reporting, and collaboration with HR and clinical partners to maintain program quality and student success. Strong leadership and instructional expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher degree in nursing, education, or administration.
• Minimum of one year teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs.
• One year of continuous RN clinical experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate instructional activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, development, and evaluation of the nursing program.
• Provide site supervision of nursing activities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with HR to manage faculty and staff documentation.
• Maintain patient care and clinical rotation coordination across sites.
• Oversee academic calendars, schedules, and program data collection.
• Support admission processes, orientation, and student advising.
• Ensure timely course and clinical evaluations and reports.
