Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks a Campus Dean, BSN Program to lead the Fremont nursing program on campus. Responsibilities include supervision, curriculum development, budget management and ensuring compliance with state Board rules.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, a master’s or higher degree, and experience in administration and teaching. Relocation assistance is offered for non-local candidates to support a smooth transition to the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of campus location.
• Master’s degree or higher in nursing, education or administration.
• Minimum two years in an administrative role.
• At least two years teaching in pre/post-licensure nursing.
• Minimum two years of direct RN patient care experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to diversity and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven supervisory, planning, budget and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the nursing program on campus in Fremont.
• Manage budget, faculty, staff and clinical site liaison.
• Develop, implement and evaluate curriculum and program policies.
• Ensure compliance with Board rules; conduct site visits and BRN forms.
• Lead admissions, orientation and articulation with nearby colleges.
• Foster community partnerships and supervise faculty meetings.
• Monitor program quality, outcomes and accreditation readiness.
