Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Assistant Dean to support the Dean in instructional and management responsibilities for the Workforce Development site. Responsibilities include supervising nursing program activities, coordinating clinical sites, and driving special projects under the Dean’s supervision.

The role requires a master’s degree related to nursing/education/administration, an RN license, and prior teaching leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in nursing, education, or administration.
• RN license in the state of the WFD site (CA or location)
• Minimum 1 year teaching in nursing programs
• Leadership and budget experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Dean with planning and evaluation of the nursing program.
• Maintain program documentation and compliance with rules/regulations.
• Coordinate clinical sites and faculty scheduling.
• Oversee student records and advising processes.
• Prepare program reports and required documents.
