Job summary
Unitek Learning seeks an Assistant Dean to support the Dean with instructional and management responsibilities for the Workforce Development site, supervising nursing program activities and implementing special projects. You will collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and HR to align calendars, curricula, and site policies, while maintaining compliance with boards and accreditors.

Qualifications
- Master's degree required in nursing, education, or administration.
- California RN license or license from the state of the WFD site.
- Minimum of one year teaching in nursing programs.
- Proven leadership and budget experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing program activities on site.
- Coordinate clinical and classroom schedules.
- Ensure curriculum development and accreditation compliance.
- Maintain program policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR for faculty documentation.
- Provide student advising and site leadership.
