We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Assistant to join our team to support our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics. This role is responsible for resolving data inconsistencies, maintaining clean, accurate records, and supporting end-users with requests.

As a CRM Assistant, you will play a key role in resolving duplicate records, tracking and updating contact job changes, ensuring that data updates are completed with precision and care, and assisting with end-user requests.

What You Will Do:

  1. Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data within Microsoft Dynamics.
  2. Identify and resolve duplicate records for contacts and accounts.
  3. Track and update records when contacts move between organizations or change details.
  4. Investigate and correct data inconsistencies, gaps, and errors.
  5. Assist with end-user support/requests.

Who You Are:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to execute repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  4. Familiarity with data entry, data analysis, and data management best practices.
  5. Ability to identify and resolve data issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data-processing tools.

This position is eligible for overtime: Yes. The target salary range varies by location and is commensurate with experience: Boston $48,000 - $72,000 | Los Angeles $50,400 - $75,600 | New York $50,400 - $75,600 | Philadelphia $45,200 - $67,800 | San Francisco $53,800 - $80,700 | Santa Monica $50,400 - $75,600 | Silicon Valley $53,800 - $80,700 | Washington DC $48,000 - $72,000.
