As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to help support our busy executive and project teams remotely.

This is a key support role offering flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to major projects across the Northeast and beyond—all from the comfort of your home.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and digital file organization
  • Assist with client communications, proposals, and project updates
  • Help manage CRM databases and track project milestones and deadlines
  • Prepare internal reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up summaries
  • Support the accounting and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, virtual events, and team communications
  • Conduct light research to support project planning and operations
You’re a Strong Match If You Have
  • 2–4 years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
  • Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com (preferred)
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with construction industry practices or professional services support (a plus, but not required)
