Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA is preferred.
• 5–7+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to lead and develop accounting staff and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and month-end close for multiple entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries for AR, AP, cash, payroll, etc.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts per policies.
• Explain variances to forecast and budget with Management.
• Lead year-end audit and coordinate with external auditors.
• Champion adoption of new accounting software and tools.
