HNN Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager at Astra Apartments in Renton, WA. The role supports the Community Manager to optimize leasing, compliance, accounting and resident satisfaction within a tax credit housing setting.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years in property management, solid leasing and operational prowess, and proficiency with MS Office and resident management software. Compensation reflects hourly wages with full-time hours and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
• Strong leasing, operations, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of tax credit housing compliance preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations for the community.
• Handle rent collection and postings; process month-end and move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain Yardi and resident data up to date; support marketing and leasing efforts.
• Engage with prospective residents through lead management tools and tours.
