HNN Communities in Mill Creek, WA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations, including leasing, marketing, and resident services across a 266-unit Heatherwood property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, including sales/multi-family leasing.
• Strong operational background and leasing skills.
• Familiarity with LIHTC or tax credit housing is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations for your community.
• Handle rent collection and posting; manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain Yardi data for rents, leases, and residents.
• Support marketing, social media, and leasing activities.
• Guide applicants through tax credit and move-in processes.
• Assist with lease administration and renewals.
• Respond to resident questions promptly and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with Compliance for LIHTC reporting.
