Job summary

Mill Pointe in Everett, WA is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, leasing, compliance, and accounting under the Community Manager. Tax credit housing experience is preferred, with competitive pay and robust benefits.

The successful candidate will assist with marketing, resident relations, and community programming while ensuring timely reporting and adherence to all regulations for a multifamily property in Washington.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience, including sales/multi-family leasing.
• Knowledge of Section 42 LIHTC program and associated compliance processes.
• Prefer accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient using MS Office Suite; experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations for the community.
• Support leasing, marketing efforts and resident satisfaction.
• Handle accounting tasks including rent collection, postings, and month-end processes.
• Maintain Yardi and related data accurately.
• Ensure tax credit compliance and reporting; assist in occupancy and move-ins/outs.
