Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the apartment community in Renton, WA. This role emphasizes guest relations, leasing, and accurate reporting.

You will handle file management, resident requests, payments, renewals, and coordination with vendors and legal counsel during evictions, ensuring compliance and a welcoming, professional property environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment.
• Organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Respond to resident requests with courteous, efficient service.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs; walk units to assess occupancy.
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move-in/out and renewals files; enter data into property management software.
• Oversee resident renter’s insurance procedure and deposits.
