Qualifications

• Experience in property management is required.
• Must hold or obtain a state leasing license as required by law.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with bookkeeping or account reconciliation.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and month-end reporting, including accurate reporting on resident ledgers.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications as needed.
• Secure and manage lease renewals and prepare lease paperwork for approval.
• Oversee property inspections and maintain property standards.
• Coordinate hiring and training of new staff as needed.
• Support leasing activities, including tours and lease administration.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and maintain knowledge of the property and competitors.
• Assist in overall property operations in the Community Manager’s absence.
