Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School or GED required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations (financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance).
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor budget guidelines and financial reports; manage accounts and vendor relationships.
• Hire, train, supervise and mentor property staff.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and responsive resident service.
