Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to supervise daily operations and financial functions at the housing community. You will oversee rent collection, posting charges, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

The role focuses on coordinating staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks to support budgeted revenues and NOI. Strong organization and customer service are essential for resident satisfaction and smooth

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years in housing industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile accounts receivable and monitor bad debt.
• Assist in meeting budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
• Post charges to resident accounts and bill back utilities when applicable.
• Complete end-of-month closing procedures and reporting.
• Inspect properties, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead on-site staff, hire/train/develop, and ensure safety standards.
