Envolve LLC is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations, leasing oversight, and administrative tasks alongside the Community Manager. The role includes rent collections, resident communications, and coordination of renewals.

Requirements include experience with Tax Credit properties, HUD/Section 8 knowledge preferred, and strong customer service and team-building skills. Position offers hourly pay and part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong team-building skills and collaboration with staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of tax credit is required; HUD/Section 8 preferred.
• 1–2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete or supervise weekly activity reports, rental applications, and recording of leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager in reporting, assigning, and recording resident requests.
• Assist in renewal and retention programs for residents.
• Responsible for collection, receipting, and recording of all rents; collect delinquent rents.
• Provide required reports; perform other tasks as assigned.
