Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group seeks an on-site Assistant Property Manager to support daily community operations under the Community Manager. You will assist with leasing, maintenance, and resident services, and help with renewal programs and reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years in Tax Credit and Property Management, strong customer service, and solid communication. Day-to-day duties include rent processing, delinquency follow-ups, and staff coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to details.
• Knowledge of compliance documents and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and rental applications.
• Assist Community Manager with resident requests and renewal programs.
• Process rent collection and delinquency follow-ups.
• Provide reports as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
