Job summary

Envolve is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager in Staunton, VA to support daily property operations. Your duties include supervising leasing staff, handling rent collection, and maintaining accurate rental and leasing records, with emphasis on tax credit compliance.

Qualifications include strong MS Word/Excel skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and knowledge of tax credits; HUD/Section 8 experience preferred. Background check and drug test required.

Qualifications

• Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service with strong team-building skills.
• Knowledge of tax credit is required. HUD/Section 8 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete or supervise weekly activity reports and rental applications; record all rental/leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager in reporting, assigning, and recording resident requests.
• Assist in implementing resident renewal and retention programs.
• Responsible for collection, receipting, and recording of all rents; collect delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
