Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team under the direction of the Community Manager. The role supports and assists in all aspects of community operations, including supervision of staff, leasing, customer service, and compliance with LIHTC requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising community associates.
• Assist with customer service and leasing.
• Ensure tax credit requirements through training, audits, inspections and reporting.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions.
• Review resident files and accounting records for delinquencies and collect balances.
• Support resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
