Job summary

Valiant Residential in The Woodlands, TX is looking for an Assistant Community Manager who supports the Community Manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will help process applications, update records, and assist with advertising and marketing efforts to keep the property competitive.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and a commitment to Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Demonstrate ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels of comparable units.
• Present creative leasing and marketing ideas.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents and applicants.
• Update availability report and process applications for approvals.
• Assist with lease preparation, signing, and administration.
• Operate computers with accounting software to record information.
