Legacy at East Lake in Atlanta, GA seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations of an affordable housing apartment community. You will handle administration, leasing, accounting, postings, and resident relations, with primary responsibility for posting all income due to the property.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a preferred Associate degree.

Qualificações

• Sales and customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Completion of in-house training within the first 90 days of employment.
• High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collects and posts all rent and other revenue payments and makes deposits daily.
• Updates Property Management Software daily to provide timely information on activity and profitability.
• Implements eviction and dispossessory warrant procedures according to policies and state law.
• Prepares accounting and month-end reports per company policies.
• Processes accounts payable per SOPs.
• Maintains resident relations and answers calls; assists with showing and leasing apartments.
• Coordinates annual/interim recertifications and health and safety inspections.
• Inputs and processes site-based waiting lists.
• Develops leasing strategies and goals for the property, improving operations and profitability.
