Job summary

ACM LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations of a residential community. You will assist with leasing, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and resident communications, under the direction of the Community Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in an assistant manager role in property management, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with Entrata or similar software.

Qualifications

• Language: read and write simple instructions and memos.
• Math: perform basic arithmetic, percentages, and fractions.
• Reasoning: apply common sense to carry out written or orally given instructions.
• Computer skills: proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel; internet searches.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the community.
• Assist with leasing activity, renewals, and collections.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and resident communications.
• Maintain compliance with permits and safety requirements (e.g., pool, elevator).
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate repairs with service team.
• Support marketing and leasing activities and resident events.
