Berger Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Willowdale Crossing Apartments in Frederick, MD. The role focuses on leasing support, resident relations, and day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years property management experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or HS diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications such as CAM, ARM, or NALP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals
• Assist with resident move-ins, renewals, and move-outs
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
• Help oversee collections and delinquency efforts
• Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care
• Support the Community Manager with operational and financial responsibilities
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive resident experience
• Help lead and support the onsite team to achieve community goals
