S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Alexandria, VA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Arden community. You will assist the Community Manager with leasing, resident relations, payroll coordination, and on-site supervision to ensure smooth operations.

You will work weekends as needed, uphold Fair Housing laws, and help manage maintenance requests while contributing to resident retention and property performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• May have supervisory experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing of the property and prepare lease packets.
• Respond to resident inquiries and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Support payroll administration with the Payroll Department.
• Supervise onsite staff in the Community Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
