Job summary

LEDIC Realty Management / Envolve seeks an on-site Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at The Junction in Frederick, MD. You will assist with leasing, maintenance, and resident services, and help manage staff, reports, and special projects through daily coordination with the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising leasing and maintenance staff, processing rents and delinquent accounts, and supporting renewal programs, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and

Qualifications

• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency
• 1–2 years Tax Credit and Property Management experience
• Knowledge of tax credit requirements
• HUD/Section 8 knowledge preferred
• Background screening and drug test required
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete or supervise weekly activity reports, rental applications, and recording of rental and leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager in reporting, assigning, and recording resident requests.
• Assist in implementing resident renewal and retention programs.
• Responsible for collection, receipting, and recording of all rents; collect delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
