Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Willowdale Crossing Apartments in Frederick, MD. You will perform apartment maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks to ensure a well-kept community that feels like home.

The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience or training, with a High School diploma or GED. A trade school background is a plus, and the schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with competitive pay and benefits.

• $20–$22/hour, paid biweekly, plus:
