Westdale in North Dallas is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 176-unit apartment community. The role supports leasing, move-ins/outs, resident relations, and daily property operations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in on-site property management with strong bookkeeping, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling includes Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Two years of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
