Bryten is hiring a Community Manager for Willow Landing I & II to lead daily property operations. You will coordinate maintenance, scheduling, and team performance while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents.

The role requires multi-family leasing experience, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license is required; bilingual ability is a plus. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and lead the property team in daily operations of the community.
• Establish maintenance and team schedules; hold each accountable for performance.
• Coach the team to foster an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome.
• Manage budget, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices; use software for accuracy.
• Review applications, background and credit checks; ensure procedures are followed.
• Conduct file audits to ensure compliance and timely tax filings.
• Communicate variances and progress to the Asset Director; provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with leases, recertifications, and safety policies.
• Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance; ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Respond to emergencies and document actions; ensure property security.
