Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Greensboro to support day-to-day operations, leasing, and resident relations. You’ll work closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service across the community.

The role emphasizes leasing activities, financial tasks like rent collection, and leadership when the manager is absent, with opportunities to contribute to community engagement and event coordination.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months as an assistant community manager preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing by conducting tours and responding to leads.
• Support resident relations and ensure renewals are processed accurately.
• Oversee rent collection and payments, and help with financial reporting.
• Step in as leader when Community Manager is unavailable to maintain team momentum.
• Develop content for the community’s social media to highlight events and engagement.
• Maintain a welcoming office and common areas for residents.
