Hawthorne Residential Partners LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks under the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in daily operations, lead by example, and help the team deliver exceptional resident service.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED, with CALP certification as a plus. We value dedication, teamwork, and the Live It culture across our Southeast-rooted communities.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months of assistant community manager experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Identify prospect needs, showcase available homes, and invite them to join the community.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee rent collection, check scanning, and payment posting to ensure timely processing.
• Monitor delinquencies and coordinate eviction procedures as needed.
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation for Community Manager and regional leadership.
