Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of supervisor/management experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience in sales, marketing and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software like Yardi/Entrata/One Site.

• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Meet revenue targets through leasing and marketing strategies.
