CONAM Management is seeking a Community Manager for Stadium Village Apts in Inglewood, CA. The role oversees operations, leasing, and financial performance for an affordable property, ensuring resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise on-site staff, manage budgets and reporting, conduct inspections, and coordinate renovations. Requires HUD/LIHTC/PSH experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Full benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, PSH, Section 8, Senior, Rural Development.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting and rent collections knowledge.
• Proficient with property management software such as Yardi and/or MRI.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an affordable multi-family community.
• Lead on-site staff and supervise leasing and resident relations.
• Manage leasing process including marketing, tours, applications, and leases.
• Ensure financial performance through budgets and monthly reports.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer resident programs and services to foster community.
• Oversee renovations and ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Maintain records for all resident transactions.
• Foster collaboration with leadership to achieve community goals.
• Drive business tasks such as deposits and supplies.
