Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in supervising leasing team and ensuring standards.
• Review and approve lease applications and verify accuracy.
• Maintain Entrata data for traffic, leases, renewals, and work orders.
• Meet with Community Manager and Market Director to review performance.
• Manage daily lease approvals and renewal updates.
• Oversee Marketing Calendar, campus outreach, and ads.
• Conduct market surveys and recommend pricing changes.
• Track leasing activity, availability, and roommate matching.
• Suggest marketing initiatives to meet leasing goals.
• Perform admin duties as assigned.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out communications and procedures.
• Support community events and promotions.
• Approve invoices and submit expenses timely.
• Oversee social media and approve communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors.
• Support operations and step into Community Manager role when needed.
