Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community to join Quail Creek Apartments in Tulsa, OK. You will support the Community Manager in daily on-site operations, overseeing leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of tax credit programs (HUD/Section 8 preferred). A background screening and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of tax credit; HUD/Section 8 preferred.
• 1–2 years Tax Credit and Property Management experience.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and rental applications; record rents.
• Record resident requests and assist with renewal and retention programs.
• Provide reports as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
