Envolve Community Management is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager to support NCDO, Arrowhead Place, Mountain Heights, and Patriot Hills Apartments in El Paso, TX. The role includes leasing, maintenance oversight, and rent collections within a multifamily portfolio.

Required are 1–2 years in property management, LIHTC/Tax Credit knowledge, and reliable transportation. Strong customer service and team-building skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• 1–2 years of property management and multi-family experience.
• Tax Credit and LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and rental/lease documentation.
• Assist Community Manager with resident requests and renewals.
• Collect, receipting, and recording of rents; manage delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required; perform other tasks as assigned.
