Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Quail Creek Apartments in Tulsa, OK. The role supports the Community Manager with daily on-site operations, leasing, and staff supervision to ensure top-notch resident services.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience, solid MS Word/Excel skills, and a focus on customer service. Compliance knowledge and HUD/Section 8 familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Experience with Tax Credit and HUD/Section 8 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Process and verify weekly activity reports and rental records.
• Assist in reporting and recording resident requests.
• Support renewal and retention programs.
• Handle rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
• Provide required reports to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
