Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community for Quail Creek Apartments in Tulsa, OK. The role supports the Community Manager with on-site operations, leasing, and administrative tasks.

You will supervise leasing and maintenance staff, process rental applications, track rents, and assist renewal programs while delivering high-quality customer service. Knowledge of tax credits and HUD/Section 8 is preferred.

Qualifications

• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency.
• Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• 1-2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and recording of rental and leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager with resident requests reporting and recording.
• Support renewal and retention program implementation.
• Collect, receipting, and recording of all rents and delinquent rents.
• Provide required reports and perform other tasks as assigned.
