Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Knowledge of tax credit is required; HUD/Section 8 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete or supervise weekly activity reports and rental applications, recording rental/leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager with resident requests reporting and recording.
• Assist in resident renewal and retention program implementation.
• Responsible for collection, receipting, and recording of rents; collect delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
