RangeWater Real Estate in Florida is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the property. You will handle leasing support, rent collection, vendor invoicing, and monthly close-out while maintaining resident satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Strong communication, basic accounting, and familiarity with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site) are preferred, with weekend

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficient in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management for reporting purposes.

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle.
• Manages daily financial operations, including invoicing, rent collection, and vendor payments in line with company policies.
• Analyzes market trends to inform improvements and stays informed about industry tools and standards.
• Oversees lease enforcement activities and communicates with residents and owners as needed.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property and coordinates with the maintenance team.
