Job summary

RangeWater is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational tasks at our multifamily property. You will handle leasing, marketing coordination, and reporting usingEntrata or Yardi, ensuring revenue and occupancy goals are met.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (GED accepted) with strong communication skills and familiarity with property management software.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational tasks.
• Process invoices for payment, collect rent and other payments, and perform monthly close-out reporting.
• Record and report financial activity using the property management system.
• Manage leasing cycle in collaboration with leasing and marketing teams to meet occupancy goals.
• Supervise site operations in the Community Manager's absence and coordinate maintenance tasks.
