Job summary

Allied Orion Group in Houston seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in all aspects of property operations. The role covers leasing, marketing and resident relations for a multi-family community, with duties spanning financial processing and customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with college degree preferred, and prior multi-family experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in multi-family property management.
• Background in leasing, marketing and customer service.
• Training/certifications such as NALP, COS, TCS, HQS, UPCS, LIHTC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with overall property management including financial aspects.
• Handle leasing, marketing and resident relations for a multi-family property.
• Process payments, track delinquencies and send notices per policy.
• Manage collections, evictions and final account statements per guidelines.
• Act as Property Manager in absence of supervisor; supervise onsite staff.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EEOC and local laws.
