Qualifications

• Mathematical skills are required.
• Proficiency in using office equipment and software including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, property marketing, and resident relations.
• Support the Community Manager in financial and accounting tasks.
• Process payments and apply charges per company policy.
• Track delinquencies, send notices, and assist with collections.
• Assist with evictions following policy and legal guidelines.
• Prepare final account statements and handle reporting.
