Job summary

Allied Orion Group seeks a Community Manager to oversee a multi-family property and supervise the on-site team. You will ensure operations align with company policies, fair housing laws, and applicable regulations.

The role involves coordinating leasing, marketing, and resident relations while maximizing property income and controlling expenses. Reporting to senior regional leaders, you will drive performance and compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven employment history in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Supervisory skills to hire, lead, direct and evaluate on-site team members.
• Must read, write and communicate effectively.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, contractors and clients.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office for reports and documents.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA, EEOC and local ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-family property operations and leasing functions.
• Lead and coordinate daily activities of on-site staff.
• Monitor property budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable laws.
• Provide excellent resident relations and marketing efforts.
