Job summary

The Allied Orion Group is seeking a Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-family property in Houston, TX. You will oversee leasing, marketing, resident relations, and on-site staff, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company HR policies.

You will generate revenue, monitor expenses, analyze financial statements, and coordinate with regional leadership. Strong supervisory, communication, and software skills are essential, with CAM/ARM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• CAM preferred.
• ARM preferred.
• Active apartment association membership preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA, EEOC and local ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing duties for multi-family units.
• Property Marketing responsibilities.
• Resident relations and customer service.
• Generate and maximize property income.
• Monitor, maintain and control property expenses.
• Submit accurate and timely reports.
• Understand and analyze property financial statements.
• Supervise on-site staff.
