Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the property's leasing, marketing, and resident relations functions. You will assist with all aspects of multi-family management and supervise onsite staff in the manager’s absence.

The role requires experience in multi-family property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge and one (1) year of experience in multi-family property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions related to multi-family Property Leasing
• Oversee Property Marketing activities
• Oversee Resident Relations
• Process payments and late fees according to policy
• Track delinquencies and coordinate collections
• Coordinate evictions per policy
• Prepare final account statements
• Act as Property Manager in manager's absence
• Assist with all duties as assigned
