Job summary

Allied Orion Group’s Seabrook Square community in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

The role supervises onsite staff in the manager's absence, handles payments and delinquencies, and ensures compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EEOC, and local laws while delivering strong customer service to residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in multi-family property management.
• NALP, COS, TCS, HQS, UPCS, and LIHTC training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities for multi-family properties.
• Assist with property marketing and resident relations.
• Oversee onsite staff in Community Manager's absence.
• Process payments and track delinquencies per policy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EEOC, and local laws.
