Job summary

Allied Orion Group in Austin, TX seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the property’s operations, including leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a multi-family community.

You will handle payments, delinquencies, final account statements, and coordinate with staff, vendors, and residents while maintaining compliance with housing laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge and one year of experience in multi-family property management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management of the property including financial and accounting aspects.
• Lease and credit reporting
• Process payments in accordance with policy
• Track delinquent payments and apply late charges
• Handle NSF/returned checks and evictions per policy
• Prepare final account statements and send files to agencies
