Allied Orion Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for an onsite role in Kansas City, MO. You will assist the Community Manager with all aspects of property management, including leasing, marketing and resident relations at a multifamily property.

The position requires building strong team leadership, overseeing staff in the manager’s absence and ensuring financial and policy compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge and one (1) year of experience in multi-family property management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in overall property management.
• Handle multi-family property leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Supervise onsite staff in Community Manager’s absence.
• Perform duties related to rent collection, financial statements and policy enforcement.
