Job summary

Capital Square Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Greensboro, NC to co-lead operations of a multifamily community. You will supervise team members, manage daily activities, and help meet budgeted goals while upholding Fair Housing and safety standards.

You will assist with leasing, collections, monthly reporting, inspections, tenant relations, and coordinating maintenance. On-site role with Monday–Friday hours, some weekends, local travel, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinate and team members, including maintenance specialists.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features and benefits, and answer questions about the community’s operation.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs to complete required reports and employment documents.
• Strong proficiency in using community management software (preferably Yardi and/or equivalent).
• Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages to complete financial records, budget, and other fiscal reporting information.]
