Under supervision, you will show apartments, process applications, verify eligibility and credit, collect rents, and maintain tenant and maintenance files.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in property management operations is preferred.
• Ability to verify qualifications, credit, and landlord history.

Aufgaben

• Show apartments to prospective tenants and schedule tours.
• Process applications, verify eligibility, and forward to Property Manager for approval.
• Collect rent and related fees, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain tenant files, move-in/move-out documentation, and compliance paperwork.
• Assist with unit inspections, maintenance coordination, and move-in/move-out reports.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required by the Property Manager.
